Dialing Formats

Within Ukraine (domestic): Callers from other Ukrainian cities or mobile networks must dial 0 3247 XXX XXX (where X represents the subscriber number). The leading '0' is the trunk prefix used for national calls. For example, to reach a Truskavets landline, you would dial 0 3247 123 456.

From abroad: International callers must dial the Ukrainian country code +380, followed by the area code without the leading '0', and then the subscriber number. Thus, the same number would be dialed as +380 3247 123 456.

Local calls: Within Truskavets, calls to other local numbers may be made using only the subscriber number (7 digits) if the local network supports abbreviated dialing. However, for clarity and to avoid misdials, it is recommended to use the full national format.

Subscriber Number Structure

Subscriber numbers under the +380 3247 prefix are 7 digits long, making the total national significant number (NSN) length 9 digits (excluding the trunk prefix '0'). The numbering plan follows the ITU-T E.164 recommendation, ensuring global interoperability.
