1. User Agreement & Operational Scope

By accessing and utilizing Prefixyr, you establish a binding technical consultation agreement. The database models, routing tables, and exchange allocations published herein are intended strictly for telecommunications research, fraud prevention, routing configuration, and number formatting validation.

2. Intellectual Property & Database Rights

All structured datasets, software architectures, UI components, and proprietary categorization algorithms compiled on Prefixyr are protected under international intellectual property and sui generis database rights. Unauthorized bulk extraction, mirroring, or commercial resale of core routing matrices is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

Prefixyr provides data on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain rigorous synchronization protocols with national telecom regulatory bodies, telecommunication environments experience dynamic numbering changes, local number portability (LNP) shifts, and carrier reassignments. We disclaim liability for operational decisions executed solely on cached database records.
