Subscriber numbers within this code typically consist of seven digits, formatted as XXX-XX-XX. For clarity, it is always recommended to use the full national number (including the area code) for calls from mobile phones or from other regions.
Caller Instructions
For local callers within Stavropol: if you are dialing from a landline within the same area code, you can often dial just the seven-digit subscriber number. However, from mobile phones, you should always dial the full number, including the area code, to ensure proper routing. For callers from other Russian regions: dial 8 865 followed by the subscriber number. For international callers: dial your country's exit code (e.g., 00 from most European countries, 011 from the US/Canada), then 7 865 and the subscriber number. Always verify the current dialing rules with your telecom provider, as they may vary.
